Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: In the event that the client cancels their photoshoot, they acknowledge that the deposit is non-refundable. In situations where weather or an Act of God occurs, the cancellation policy will be reviewed for potential refund consideration or to reschedule. Confirmation of weather event may be required.
In the event that the photoshoot is rescheduled and Londen Wheeler Photography does not have the date available, the client acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable. If the rescheduled date is available, client may transfer their photoshoot to that date.
